This conscious manifestation meditation is one of my favorite exercises.
It’s a really simple and approachable check-in with your internal guidance system. It can help you surface areas of your life, personality, and circumstances that you may want to adjust.
Use this open-ended exercise to start–or end–your day. It can help give you insight into places where you may be slightly out of flow and would benefit from a course correction.
When you do this exercise, it might be the tiniest thing that comes to you. And that’s just fine.
Not all meditation leads to a single, life-changing thunderclap.
All progress starts somewhere. Every fire starts with a spark.
Conscious manifestation meditation exercise
Close your eyes. Focus on your breathing until your heart rate slows and steadies.
ASK:
What is the one thing I can do right now to bring me more into alignment with who I want to be and what I want for my life?
And then? Listen.
When you’re done, write down any impressions or thoughts you may have. In the days to come, reflect on these notes often. Consider how you want to move forward based on what you’ve learned.
