Why clearing your field is important
We’re energetic beings, and we often hoover up the vibes around us — the good, the bad, and the ugly.
That person that threw shade at you in line at the grocery store? Your partner when you had a disagreement? Or the road rager who flipped you off in traffic?
All of those interactions may leave an imprint in your field or your chakras (the energy centers that run along your physical body).
So, the same way you’d clean your physical body, you want to clean your energetic body. Think of it as good spiritual hygiene.
